1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

2 Acceptance of Terms

4 Account Registration

Each Player may hold only one registered account on vip365. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number associated with your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket wallet, as applicable. You agree to update your account information promptly if any of the details you have provided change.

vip365 reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for such rejection.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your vip365 account credentials, including your username and password. vip365 strongly recommends using a unique, complex password that is not shared with any other online service.

You must not share your account credentials with any third party or permit any other person to access or use your vip365 account. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility unless you have notified vip365 of unauthorised access promptly upon becoming aware of it.

6 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on vip365 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The Platform accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. vip365 may add or remove payment methods at its discretion; current accepted methods are always displayed in the account cashier section.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your vip365 account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider, typically within minutes of the transaction being initiated.

7 Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of Real Money Funds from their vip365 account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

9 Game Rules & Fair Play

11 Intellectual Property

12 Limitation of Liability
